Together We're All Stronger

The plain truth is that St Luke’s simply could not survive without the support and generosity we receive from local individuals and groups within our community. Organisations like the Lions, Rotary, Round Table, Probus, faith groups, WI and sports clubs provide us with invaluable help, both in terms of contributions and increasing public awareness of our work.

Young people learn vital life skills, social awareness and moral responsibility by being involved in fundraising at an early age. So we have a schools programme of presentations and talks designed to explain the work we do and encourage pupils to take part in fun events that benefit the wider community, through St Luke’s.

Church and Church Groups

We work with a number of different churches and can suggest appropriate ideas to raise money for our hospice. We’re also very prepared to help you with your own fundraising plans; just let us know what you’ve got in mind.
