The public house at the heart of the live music scene and community in Northwich, The Witton Chimes, has taken an unprecedented step in adopting St Luke’s hospice as its charity of the year for both 2016 and 2017.

Landlord Adam Prestage said the decision to support St Luke’s was based upon supporting the community in which his customers and their families live and work; many of whom will have had their lives touched by St Luke’s in some way. Adam is looking forward to organising a range of events and themed nights where everyone can have fun whilst supporting their local hospice.

St Luke’s needs to raise £8,600 each day to enable the Hospice to provide free care and support to local people. For every £1 donated to St Luke’s 85p goes to patient care, while the remaining 15p helps us to raise another pound
