St Luke’s Simple Suppers is running throughout 2018 to celebrate 30 years of the hospice caring for our community.

It is a fabulous social event which you organise in your own home to raise money for the Hospice. You simply invite your friends or family round and serve a delicious Simple Supper in return for donations to the hospice.

To give you inspiration for your Simple Supper, St Luke’s will release a new recipe on our website each month, starting with Chicken and Leek Pie for January.

Phil Pettitt, Head Chef at St Luke’s, said: “Simple Suppers is an easy and fun way to help fund the care we provide at St Luke’s.

“The recipes I’ve chosen are simple and quick to prepare so you don’t have to be a skilled cook to create a delicious meal that your family or friends will be impressed with.

“The recipes can be adapted so feel free to swap any of the ingredients for something similar you may have in your fridge. Why not get creative in the kitchen and help St Luke’s celebrate our 30th anniversary in style.”
