If you have some gently used clothes you no longer love, some CDs you no longer listen to, an old mobile phone you no longer use, or an old car cluttering up your drive way, you could donate them and raise cash for St Luke’s.
Clothes and unwanted items
Here at St Luke’s we have eight charity shops selling children’s and adults clothing, books, music, DVDs and lots of other beautiful trinkets!
We are always looking for good quality used items to raise money for the Hospice, so please think of St Luke’s next time you have a spring clean. To find your nearest charity shop please click here.
Furniture Warehouse and House Clearances
Giving your home or office a new look? Need help clearing a house? We can help you out and your donated items will raise money for the Hospice.
Your old motor
St Luke’s has teamed up with Giveacar, a non-profit social enterprise which collects unwanted and unused cars for charity, to turn scrap into cash! Regardless of their condition, cars are collected free of charge nationwide by Giveacar, then sold through an online auction or disposed of at an authorised treatment facility.
Profits from the sale are then donated to a charity of the car owner’s choice. Even if the banger is scrapped, it still nets the selected good cause between £40 and £160. Many car owners want an easy and completely free way to get rid of their old car. Giveacar will help car owners to do this in a legal and environmentally friendly way.
To get more details and start making a difference, visit www.giveacar.co.uk or telephone the Giveacar Team on 020 0011 1664, quoting St Luke’s Cheshire Hospice as your chosen charity.
Your old mobile
Donate your old or unwanted mobile phones to help raise funds for St Luke’s Cheshire Hospice. Ask family members, friends and colleagues if they have any unwanted mobile phones, regardless of age or condition, as every phone is worth something to us.
You can drop the phones off at the Hospice in Winsford, or at any of our shops! Please remove any SIM cards or personal data before donating your phone. Chargers are not required.
