This year St Luke’s celebrates 30 years of caring – an amazing milestone in our work to support local families. To mark the incredible difference our care has made to so many people, we invite you to remember your loved one with a beautiful Forget Me Not.

During August, every Forget Me Not will be planted and become part of our stunning art installations at Danebridge Memorial in Northwich and St Mary’s Church in Nantwich, each flower symbolising a life remembered. The flowers can be seen from Friday 17th August – Sunday 2nd September.

When the installation comes to an end, each flower will be carefully placed in a presentation box and taken back to St Luke’s Hospice and will be ready for you to collect on Saturday 8th September.

Our Forget Me Not flowers have been custom made by the British Ironwork Centre to celebrate our 30th anniversary, so the quality craftsmanship of each Forget Me Not means they can sit outside in your garden as a lasting tribute for many years to come.

For a suggested donation of £25 you can remember anyone special to you, they do not need to have been cared for by St Luke’s. To dedicate a Forget Me Not in memory of your loved one, please complete our online donation form.

Memories make life so special for each of us; the simple act of remembering your loved one with a Forget Me Not is a wonderful tribute to their memory, and your donation to St Luke’s will enable us to support many other people this summer.
