Christmas card boycott

At this time of year we naturally begin to think about family and those we love, and for people staying on our ward this is especially true. Sadly this could be their last Christmas, so it is important that we help create precious memories to help families get through next Christmas without them.

On our ward we care for people who have an incurable illness and are too poorly to be at home with their families, so we make their Christmas with us as special as it can be.

Christmas is such a precious time of year and you and your colleagues can help us make this a Christmas worth remembering by supporting our Christmas Card Boycott.

Rather than sending cards to colleagues this year you could encourage everyone to write their festive greeting on the poster enclosed and donate the money they have saved to St Luke’s. Taking part is easy;

  • Download and display the poster for your friends and colleagues to see
  • Nominate a person to collect donations
  • Return your donations to the Hospice or ask us to come and collect them

St Luke’s is your local Hospice and we really hope you will take this opportunity to support us; together we can provide care this Christmas.
